Hi Everyone! Thanks for visiting this page. I am an associate special education professor who spent a decade in PreK-12 education and then transitioned to higher education and teacher preparation once I completed by doctorate. I believe in transformative education that uses data to make informed decisions and provide high quality educational opportunities to all. I advocate through using data and looking at how teaching impacts student learning. My vision is that all teachers are trained to give every student an individualized and high quality learning experience that allows them to continually make progress in the curriculum, feel socially connected, and contribute in a meaningful way to society. I have worked with various organizations, teacher preparation institutions, school districts, and families to work to meet this vision.
